UNKNOWN_KIND

createUpgrader throws UNKNOWN_KIND when a step’s at names a document kind that none of the sequences it was passed declares. A step may transform another grammar’s kind, and that grammar’s sequence must then be passed as well. Here the kit’s step targets nisc.nova/layout and nova’s sequence is not passed, so no sequence declares that kind or where layouts nest.
