invalid_reflex: missing unitKey
load fails with code invalid_reflex when a selection in each mode has no unitKey. select.mode defaults to each, and each requires unitKey, the column that identifies a row. Without it Tide cannot distinguish a task it has already created from a new one, so the reflex does not parse.
