server.charterReport

Answers the report the charter engine gave the server at boot: { errors, warnings, perRole }. errors is always empty, since a server with an error does not boot, so this is where a host reads the warnings and each role’s closure issues. Example: the programme from verifyApp, booted: the server serves it, and the report lists the break.
