verifyApp

Runs the check a boot runs, for an app that is not booted: the charter with each role’s closure audited, every entry’s reach, and the layout variants. A boot refuses an app whose errors is not empty. Example: the programme gains a button that opens seats, which guest and usher are not granted; that is no error, and the closure audit lists it under both roles.
